Anna Katarina Tralla began her music studies at the age of 3 under the guidance of Viorel Tarara and Olga Nodel. During 2016-2022, she has been studying at the Tallinn Music High School, and from 2022 she continues her studies at the Tallinn College of Music and Ballet under the guidance of Pille Tralla. Anna Katarina has performed at festivals like International Festival in Moscow organized by the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation (2016, 2018) and KRATT Festival in Tallinn. She is laureate of many international competitions, including 1st prize and Conductor’s Award at the International Competition "Young Musician" in Tartu, Estonia (2017), 2nd prize at the J. Kocian Violin Competition in Ústí nad Orlicí, Czech Republic (2019), 1st special prize at the FLAME Competition in Paris, France (2019), 2nd prize at the Competition “Kaunas-Sonorum” in Kaunas, Lithuania (2019), 2nd prize at the IX International Joseph Micka Violin Competition in Prague, Czech Republic (2021), 2nd prize and special prize for the best performer of a Baroque piece at the International Competition "Young Musician" in Tallinn, Estonia (2022), 1st prize "Primo Premio Assoluto" at the I International Franco Gulli Violin Competition in Rome. Anna Katarina has participated in the masterclasses given by prof. Boris Kuschnir, prof. Erik Schumann, prof. Igor Tkatchouk and prof. Aleksander Vinnitski. Anna Katarina has repeatedly performed as a soloist with the Tallinn Chamber Orchestra.
