Yanhao was born in 2007, in China, and is currently studying at the University of Music and Theater in Hamburg with prof. Stepan Simonyan. In January 2022, he came to Germany to study at the Detmold University of Music for Young Students. Eventually, he won 1st place in group D at the Munich Piano Competition, receiving 100 points, and in July 2023, he passed the entrance exam to to the University of Music and Theater in Hamburg.
